Microgreens in Vancouver

Fresh greens at your door every Tuesday, harvested on Monday and packed in Richmond.

I deliver fresh microgreens to homes in Vancouver, west of Knight Street, every Tuesday during the day. Pick the Super Pack, four greens in one 140 g box for $25 or $20 a box on the weekly plan, or single packs of one green from $7. Delivery is included on orders of $20 or more.

What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young greens harvested 7 to 24 days after planting, once their first leaves have opened. You eat the stem and the leaves. They taste like a brighter, more concentrated version of the grown plant: broccoli microgreens taste of fresh broccoli, and radish microgreens bite like a radish.

They aren’t sprouts. Sprouts are seeds just starting to grow, eaten whole with the root. Microgreens grow on for days longer in the light and are harvested above the root, so they have real leaves, colour and crunch.

Use them raw, by the handful or the pinch: on eggs, in sandwiches and wraps, on rice bowls, tacos and soups. My guide has more ideas, and how to keep them fresh.

The five greens I deliver

Four greens go in every Super Pack, side by side, and all five come as single packs. Each one has its own page with its taste, uses and how to keep it.

Super Pack prices and the microgreens subscription

The Super Pack is my main box: broccoli, red radish, sunflower and pea shoots, packed side by side in one clear box, 140 g in all. On its own it’s $25. On a plan, you pay every 4 weeks up front and every box costs less.

Who I am

I’m Atheeb, and I run Sidra Microgreens on my own. I’ve been packing boxes of microgreens for Vancouver since May 2025.

Who grows them? Up to the Tuesday 24 November 2026 box, I grow them myself in Richmond. From the Tuesday 1 December box, a partner grower in the Lower Mainland grows them for me and harvests them on the Monday. Every box is weighed and packed in Richmond and at your door on Tuesday.

Questions

Where can I buy microgreens in Vancouver?

You can order them from me online and get them at your door on Tuesday, anywhere in Vancouver west of Knight Street. Choose a plan, one Super Pack or single packs, and pay by card.

How much do microgreens cost?

The Super Pack, 140 g of four greens, is $25 on its own, $20 a box on the weekly plan ($80 every 4 weeks) or $22.50 a box every two weeks ($45 every 4 weeks). Single packs are $7 to $9. Delivery is included on orders of $20 or more.

Is there a microgreens subscription?

Yes. A plan is a microgreens subscription: a Super Pack every Tuesday or every second Tuesday, paid every 4 weeks. Skip a week, hold your boxes or cancel any time in your account, with no fees.

Are microgreens the same as sprouts?

No. Sprouts are seeds just starting to grow, eaten whole with the root. Microgreens grow on for days longer in the light and are harvested above the root, so they have real leaves, colour and crunch.

Can I buy just one kind of microgreen?

Yes. Broccoli, Red Radish, Sunflower, Pea Shoots and the Savory Mix (it contains brown mustard, a priority food allergen) each come as a single pack in the shop, with no plan. The minimum order for delivery is $20.

Do you deliver to East Vancouver, Burnaby or Richmond?

East Vancouver, partly. The Tuesday route covers Vancouver west of Knight Street, so Strathcona, Mount Pleasant, Main Street, Riley Park, Little Mountain and Sunset are on it. Vancouver east of Knight Street isn’t on the route yet, and neither are Burnaby or Richmond. Check your postal code on my homepage, and I can let you know when I start delivering to you.

Do you supply restaurants?

Yes. Restaurants order from the Chef’s Collection, with delivery on Tuesdays. See the Chef’s Collection, or email wholesale@sidramicrogreens.ca.
