The full terms below are what counts.
Sidra Microgreens Inc., a British Columbia company. Email hello@sidramicrogreens.ca. Website sidra-website.web.app.
These terms are for home delivery: plans and one-time orders from my website. Restaurant orders are agreed with each kitchen.
A plan brings a Super Pack to your door on Tuesdays, paid every 4 weeks:
| Plan | What comes | Every 4 weeks | A box |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 4 Super Packs, one every Tuesday | $80 | $20 |
| Every two weeks | 2 Super Packs, every other Tuesday | $45 | $22.50 |
A one-time order has no plan. You pay once:
- One Super Pack: $25.
- Single packs: broccoli, red radish, sunflower, pea shoots and Savory Mix, priced in the shop.
A Super Pack is 140 g of fresh microgreens, a mix that changes with what's ready each week. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include delivery. The smallest order I deliver is $20. Fresh microgreens are zero rated, so no sales tax is added. No other costs apply.
You pay when you order, through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, in Canadian dollars. I never see or keep your card number.
A plan is paid at the start of each 4 weeks. The first charge is the day you order, and each charge is the plan's price (plus any extras you've put on every box). One-time orders are paid once. Stripe emails your receipt.
Your plan is paid with the card you chose at checkout. If you change it in your account, or pay a plan payment on Stripe's page with another card or Link, that one pays your plan from then on.
Your plan renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. You may cancel the renewal at any time, whether before or after the renewal date, without charge or other penalty.
Cancel in your account or by email to hello@sidramicrogreens.ca. You never have to give a reason. You can choose:
- Stop after the boxes you've paid for: they still come, and nothing renews. Until your plan stops, Keep my plan in your account undoes it, and your account shows until when. If your last payment didn't go through, stopping calls that payment off, so nothing more is charged.
- Cancel now: your plan ends that day, and I refund every paid box you haven't had, plus any credit, to the card you paid with, within 15 days (I start it the same day). A box whose cutoff has passed is already being prepared, so it still comes.
A cancellation by email counts from the moment you send it. If you cancel now by email, every paid box from the first Tuesday whose cutoff hadn't passed when you sent it is refunded, even one that reaches you before I read your email.
Banks take 5 to 10 days to show a refund.
A one-time order can be cancelled in your account before its cutoff, for a full refund.
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, Stripe emails you and tries your card again over about two weeks. Every box you'd already paid for still comes. Boxes for weeks that pass while it's unpaid don't come.
If the payment then goes through, those weeks become credit off your next card charge. If it still hasn't gone through after about two weeks, your plan stops after the boxes you paid for, and any credit goes back to your card.
You can pay it, or update your card, any time in your account, or email me and I'll help. Never send your card number by email.
Checkout shows the Tuesday of your first box before you pay. If the coming Tuesday is fully booked, your first box starts on the next Tuesday that has room, usually a week or two later, and checkout shows that date. If that Tuesday becomes fully booked while you're paying, your welcome email gives the new date and says why. Your account always shows the date of your next box.
I deliver every Tuesday, during the day, by car to your door in Vancouver, west of Knight Street. You don't need to be home: I leave your box at your door. Your delivery notes tell me where to leave it, and you can change them in your account or by email.
On a warm day, a cooler by the door keeps your box at its best. Put your greens in the fridge as soon as you can.
If you order from outside my delivery area by mistake, I tell you and refund you in full.
If your box arrives warm or damaged, email me the same day with a photo. If it hasn't come by the end of Tuesday, email me by Wednesday. I look into it and make it right where I can, as goodwill. This doesn't change your rights under BC law.
A box on your plan that I couldn't leave at your door becomes credit, as section 9 says.
Changes for a Tuesday close at its cutoff. The cutoff moves with the Dec 1, 2026 box:
| Your Tuesday | Changes close |
|---|---|
| Up to Tue, Nov 24, 2026 | 8 pm the Sunday before |
| From Tue, Dec 1, 2026 | 9 am the Monday before |
All times are Vancouver time. Your account shows when changes close for each box.
- Skip a box before its cutoff, in your account or by email. Change your mind before the cutoff and I bring the box back if that Tuesday still has room.
- On every two weeks, you can push a box to the next Tuesday instead, until its cutoff. The boxes after it move with it.
- Away for a while? Hold your boxes, up to 12 weeks at a time, in your account or by email.
- Your plan still renews every 4 weeks while you're away or skipping, and your credit comes off it.
On a card plan, every box you've paid for that doesn't reach you becomes credit for its price ($20 weekly, $22.50 every two weeks). That's a box you skip or hold, one I couldn't deliver, one I couldn't have ready in time, and one on a Tuesday I close.
It becomes credit on its Tuesday (the day after, for a box that didn't reach you), and Stripe takes it off your next 4-week card charge. If your plan stops with credit left, I refund it to your card the day after the last week you've paid for, or the day you stop if that week has already passed.
Now and then I may not be able to deliver on a Tuesday, for example because of snow, a breakdown or a harvest that falls short. I tell you by email as soon as I know.
On a card plan, the box you paid for becomes credit, as section 9 says. A plan I bill by hand isn't charged for that box.
A one-time order moves to the next Tuesday that has room for it, and you can cancel it for a full refund before that Tuesday's cutoff. If I can't deliver it within a week, I refund it in full.
In your account you can add packs to a box on your plan, until that box's cutoff. An extra Super Pack costs your plan's box price ($20 on weekly, $22.50 on every two weeks), and single packs cost what they do in the shop. Delivery stays included. I offer only what I can have ready for that Tuesday, so what you can add changes from week to week.
On a card plan, extras are charged right away to the card your plan pays with, and Stripe emails your receipt. If your plan pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, Stripe's page opens and you pay for the extras there. If your bank wants to check it's you, Stripe's page opens first, and nothing is added until the payment goes through. If you pay for your plan another way, you pay for extras with your box.
You can also put a pack on every box. On a card plan you pay today for the boxes left in your current 4 weeks. From your next card charge, it is part of your 4-week charge: your plan's price plus the pack's price for each box in those 4 weeks. Stop it any time in your account, and your 4-week charge goes back to your plan's price.
You can take extras off, all or some of them, in your account until the cutoff. On a card plan, what you paid for them becomes credit off your next 4-week card charge. The same goes for extras on a box you skip, push or hold, extras that stop when you undo a push, and paid extras I couldn't deliver.
If your plan stops with credit left, I refund it to your card the day after the last week you've paid for, or straight away if you cancel now. If you pay for your plan another way, you simply don't pay for extras that don't come.
You can switch between weekly and every two weeks in your account. Your new plan starts on the Tuesday you pick, from the next one still open up to four weeks ahead. Its first 4 weeks are charged when you switch. The boxes you'd paid for on your old plan from the next open Tuesday become credit, and that credit comes off this charge. Your plan then renews every 4 weeks from the day you switched.
If your bank says no, nothing changes. After a switch, you can switch again once your new plan's first box has come.
Your greens are harvested on Monday, packed in Richmond and at your door on Tuesday.
Keep them in the fridge, in the closed box they came in. Most stay fresh for about 7 days. Keep them dry, and rinse them just before you eat them.
| Pack | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Super Pack | For now: broccoli, red radish, sunflower and pea shoots, side by side |
| Savory Mix | Broccoli, red radish, sunflower, purple kohlrabi and brown mustard, mixed |
| Broccoli, Red Radish, Sunflower or Pea Shoots | Only that green |
The Savory Mix contains brown mustard. Mustard is a priority food allergen in Canada, so if you have a mustard allergy, don't eat the Savory Mix.
Broccoli, red radish and kohlrabi are in the same plant family as mustard. If you have a mustard allergy, ask your doctor before you eat them. Pea shoots grow from peas, and sunflower shoots from sunflower seeds. If you're allergic to peas or sunflower seeds, don't eat that green.
I pack every green in the same place, so any pack may have a trace of another green, mustard included.
Before a Super Pack ever holds mustard, I tell you by email.
Microgreens are fresh food, so I don't take returns. If something isn't right with your greens, email me within 2 days. I'll say sorry and make sure your next box is my best. This doesn't change your rights under BC law.
Your account is where you skip, push or hold a box, add extras, switch or cancel your plan, and see your next box. You open it from the My account link on my website.
- You sign in with the mobile number on your order. A one-time code comes to it by text, and after each new code I also ask for the postal code of your delivery address.
- Keep your number up to date, in your account or by email, so your codes reach you.
- If you lose your phone or change your number, email me straight away and I'll help you move your account to your new number.
- Never share a sign-in code. I never ask you for one.
You can write a review in your account. I read each one before it goes on my website.
A review with words shows your stars, your words, your first name and last initial, Vancouver and the month. Tick "Keep my name off it" and it shows "A Sidra customer" instead. Stars without words never show.
Honest reviews are welcome, good or bad, and I publish low ones too. I hold a review back only if it is abusive or shares someone's personal details. My website shows the newest reviews, and only once three or more are published. Nothing in these terms stops you from reviewing Sidra anywhere you like.
Ask me any time and I take yours down.
I can end your plan if I have a good reason, for example if I stop delivering to your area, stop offering home plans, or can't deliver to you safely. If I do, I tell you by email.
Every box you've paid for then either still comes, or is refunded to the card you paid with within 15 days. Any credit left goes back to your card as section 9 says. If a payment of yours hasn't gone through, I call it off, so nothing more is charged.
I may change only these parts of these terms on my own: the plan prices and the prices of single packs and extras, the delivery day and the time of day I deliver, the delivery area, the order cutoff, the varieties a Super Pack can hold, and the ways you can pay. I may change the parts about cancelling, returns, exchanges or refunds only if the change does not increase an obligation of yours or reduce an obligation of mine. Any other change needs your yes.
Before a change takes effect, I tell you by email and in your account, at least 30 days and no more than 60 days ahead. The notice shows the new wording and explains the change in plain words. If the change is worse for you (a higher price, for example), it also tells you that you can cancel your plan at any time without charge or other penalty. A smaller box than 140 g would always need your yes first.
Send any notice, including a cancellation, to hello@sidramicrogreens.ca. I send notices to the email you gave me with your order, and I show them in your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them takes away your rights under BC law. If any part of them can't apply, the rest still does.
I email you a copy of these terms with your plan or order. You can also print or save this page any time, and I'll email you another copy if you ask.
