How are they packed and delivered?

In a 48 oz clamshell, harvested on Monday, packed in Richmond and at your kitchen door on Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Who grows them?

Up to the Tuesday 24 November 2026 delivery, I grow them myself in Richmond. From the Tuesday 1 December 2026 delivery, a partner grower in the Lower Mainland grows them for me and harvests them on the Monday. Every order is weighed and packed in Richmond and at your kitchen door on Tuesday.

Do any of them contain mustard or other allergens?

Brown mustard and the Salad Mix contain mustard, a priority food allergen in Canada. Red radish, daikon radish, broccoli, purple kohlrabi, arugula, curly cress and red tatsoi are in the same plant family as mustard, and the Chef's Mix is red radish and purple kohlrabi. Pea shoots and pea tendrils grow from peas, and sunflower shoots from sunflower seeds. I pack every green in the same place, so any box may have a trace of another green, mustard included.
