How much do microgreens cost?
At Sidra Microgreens, a Super Pack, 140 g of four microgreens in one box, is $25 on its own. On the weekly plan it's $20 a box ($80 every 4 weeks), and every two weeks it's $22.50 a box ($45 every 4 weeks). Single packs are Broccoli $9 (50 g), Red Radish $8 (50 g), Sunflower $7 (60 g), Pea Shoots $7 (50 g) and Savory Mix $8 (50 g, it contains brown mustard, a priority food allergen). Prices are in Canadian dollars with no tax added, and delivery is included on orders of $20 or more.
Which microgreens do you sell?
For homes, four single greens and one mix. The greens are broccoli (mild, for eggs, bowls and sandwiches), red radish (peppery, for tacos, toast and noodles), sunflower (nutty, for wraps, salads and rice bowls) and pea shoots (sweet, for ramen, stir fries and snacking), together in the Super Pack or as single packs. The Savory Mix is broccoli, red radish, sunflower, purple kohlrabi and brown mustard, mixed in one pack, so it contains mustard, a priority food allergen. Restaurants can order 21 varieties and 2 blends from the Chef's Collection.
What's in a Super Pack?
Four microgreens packed side by side in one clear box: broccoli, red radish, sunflower and pea shoots. 140 g in all, weighed by hand.
Can I buy single packs?
Yes, in the shop, with no plan: Broccoli $9, Red Radish $8, Sunflower $7, Pea Shoots $7 and Savory Mix $8 (it contains brown mustard, a priority food allergen). Order them on their own, together or with a Super Pack. The minimum order for delivery is $20, and delivery is included.
Is there a microgreens subscription?
Yes. The weekly plan is $80 every 4 weeks for a Super Pack every Tuesday, $20 a box, and every two weeks is $45 every 4 weeks, $22.50 a box. You pay by card every 4 weeks up front. In your account you can skip a week before its cutoff, hold boxes while you're away or cancel any time. You don't need a plan to order: one Super Pack or single packs work too.
Can I try one box first?
Yes. One Super Pack is $25 with no plan, and single packs start at $7. The minimum order for delivery is $20, and delivery is included.
When does my first box arrive?
Checkout shows the date before you pay. Orders close Sunday 8 pm before each Tuesday up to 24 November 2026, and Monday 9 am before each Tuesday from 1 December 2026. Order by then and your first box can arrive as soon as that Tuesday. If that Tuesday is fully booked, it comes on the next Tuesday with room, usually a week or two later.
When are the greens harvested?
On Monday, the day before your delivery. Every box is weighed and packed in Richmond and at your door on Tuesday.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Skip a box in your account before its cutoff: Sunday 8 pm before each Tuesday up to 24 November 2026, and Monday 9 am before each Tuesday from 1 December 2026. You don't pay for a skipped box: its price becomes credit off your next card charge.
On the Every two weeks plan, you can push a box to the next Tuesday instead, and the boxes after it move with it. Away for a few weeks? Hold your boxes in your account, and each held box becomes credit off your card charges. Cancel any time. Your plan can stop after the boxes you've paid for, or you can cancel now and I refund every paid box you haven't received, plus any credit.
Do I need to be home?
No. I leave your box at your door on Tuesday, during the day. On a warm day, a cooler by the door keeps it perfect.
Do you deliver to apartments and condos?
Yes. When you order, use the delivery notes to tell me your buzzer number or where to leave your box. You can change your notes in your account or by email.
What if you can't deliver on a Tuesday?
Now and then I may not be able to deliver on a Tuesday, for example because of snow or a breakdown. I tell you by email as soon as I know. On a card plan, the box you paid for becomes credit off your next card charge. A one-time order moves to the next Tuesday that has room, and you can cancel it for a full refund before that Tuesday's cutoff. If I can't deliver it within a week, I refund it in full.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $20 for a delivery, and delivery is included. A Super Pack on its own or any plan already covers it.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. Plans are paid up front every 4 weeks, and your receipt comes by email. You can update your card or cancel in your account.
How long do microgreens keep in the fridge?
In the fridge, in the closed box, they stay fresh for up to 10 days. Keep them dry and rinse them just before you eat them. Read my guide to storing, rinsing and using microgreens.
Are there any allergens?
The Savory Mix contains brown mustard. Mustard is a priority food allergen in Canada, so if you have a mustard allergy, don't eat the Savory Mix. Broccoli, red radish and kohlrabi are in the same plant family as mustard. If you have a mustard allergy, ask your doctor before you eat them. Pea shoots grow from peas, and sunflower shoots from sunflower seeds. If you're allergic to peas or sunflower seeds, don't eat that green. I pack every green in the same place, so any pack may have a trace of another green, mustard included.
What are microgreens?
Young greens harvested 7 to 24 days after planting, when their flavour and colour are at their peak. They taste like a stronger version of the full-grown plant, and they go on everything from eggs to tacos.
Who grows them?
Up to the Tuesday 24 November 2026 box, I grow them myself in Richmond. From the Tuesday 1 December box, a partner grower in the Lower Mainland grows them for me and harvests them on the Monday. Every box is weighed and packed in Richmond and at your door on Tuesday.
Are your microgreens local?
Yes. They're grown in BC's Lower Mainland, harvested on Monday, weighed and packed in Richmond, BC, and at your door in Vancouver on Tuesday, one day after harvest.
Who runs Sidra Microgreens?
I do. I'm Atheeb Azeem Mohammad, and Sidra Microgreens Inc. is my small company in British Columbia. I've packed microgreens for Vancouver since May 2025. Today every box is weighed and packed in Richmond, BC, and I deliver it west of Knight Street on Tuesday. Questions come straight to me at hello@sidramicrogreens.ca. Read more about Sidra Microgreens.
Do you supply restaurants and cafes?
Yes. Restaurants, cafes and other kitchens in Vancouver order wholesale microgreens from the Chef's Collection: 21 varieties and 2 blends, priced per gram with no minimum, harvested on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. See wholesale microgreens for restaurants.
